I may be simplifying things BUT, what is the effin NEED for all this elicense crap etc. What is so hard for dmb to receive an order, either by phone, OR email. Then send out the effin product, either by cd disk OR email. What is so hard about that. WHAT IS THE GAIN OF ALL THIS 3RD PARTY CRAPOLA???? It worked fine before, why the change seriously. WAY TO COMPLICATED......If in fact the version 10 was ready for distribution months ago, which I was led to believe that the only thing holding up version 10 was contracting with a 3rd party distribution company or so. That was well over 2 months ago. I JUST DONT GET THE BENEFIT TO ANYONE.Simple works for me... If it aint broke, dont fix it.Couldn't agree more vamac. I'm hesitant on purchasing software using eLicense. The only reason I would do it is to crack the eLicense coding and allow DMB to run seasons without eLicense. I'll have to make a big decision if the leagues I am in move to v10.blueboy714

blueboy - you might want to check the thread entitled March 24th Version 10 update. The way I interpret the announcement there - DMB will use e-License only as a distribution store. The e-License control panel applet will not be installed, nor will there be a need to activate your installed software. You purchase the game, receive a download link by e-mail, download the program and then install. You're free to save the download and use it freely for personal use. I presume for an extra fee you can also request a CD be mailed to you. That sounds as good as it gets. Everyone should be happy. Those who struggle with downloads can order the CD. Those who want to play immediately can download the program and play. The program you download requires no activation. Should DMB and e-License go out of business, it will still work. Nothing to object to IMO; however, that assumes I'm interpreting the announcement right and there are no last minute changes.
