2009 Postseason Teams
We are offering the 2009 Postseason Teams just in time for the playoffs. Play along as you enjoy the Fall Classic. This product includes the 8 postseason teams, full rosters, completed manager profiles and the first-round schedule and will be available for delivery on Wednesday, October 7. It's already in the online store so you can order now. It is available in version 9 format and EMAIL delivery only. The price is $9.95.
Version 10 and 2009 Season News
The Version 10 game will be released in December when we release the 2009 Season. Since it is already Fall, it just made sense to release the two products at the same time. We're not ready for pre-orders yet on either item but will make an announcement when we are.
Live Telephone Support
We are continuing the reduced office hours that we started in March. Pat is generally in the office between 1-3 pm Pacific to process orders and will return calls and answer the phone during that time. So, it is very important that, when you call, you leave a message with your name, phone number and your reason for calling (place an order, need technical help, have a general question, etc.) so that we may return the calls.
We encourage you to place your orders online rather than calling to place them by phone (we understand that some of you do not have internet access - call and leave a message at your convenience and we'll call you back).

Support Tip
We're getting a fair number of emails from people who are just now getting new computers with the Vista operating system and they are running into the problem of not being able to install seasons with the "Install Season Disk" command. David Pyke developed alternate installation instructions and posted them on the DMB Forum. The topic is the very first link at the top of the page on the forum. Be sure and check it out when Vista enters your life!
