Cap - I believe I have a copy of it - I know it's a Franchise All-Stars league. Not sure who created it. It works in v9 you need to create a new empty database and install the file as an install league file. I've sent the file let me know if it's the file you're looking for. blueboy714

thks blueboy..........I dont think thats it............from what I can tell by reading from Pat gary's site this one has a team for every current franchise.........the one you have combines Tampa/Fla & Arz/Colo. I can assure you I will enjoy this baby..........its everything BBW was/is plus a little!......Got 3 replays already started (2004 & 2007, longtime BoSox fan) gonna start 1980 (Astros nut also........gonna see if can change the 'Stros luck in that classic NLCS series vs. Phillies) and '67 (Yaz & the triple cown...the summer I became a BoSox/Yaz fan). GREAT GAME GUYS!

Yep. That was me. Sold 30 issues of 97-99 recently to a nice fella and 20 or so from 94-96 a few weeks earlier. Sorry you didn't get them. If I would have known I could have made a direct deal with you. Hated to let them go. Lot's of memories while I was skimming through them again. I was a BBW fanatic. I used to tape games with Ernie. I'd setup the game and recorder and then close the door and do chores whatever. Then on my way to work I would listen to the tapes. Just like real radio. Still listen to Ernie once in awhile. Not sure about their new version coming up because I think the new announcer has a bland voice. Will have to wait and see. Have a great weekend Daniel...

I don't remember if you can convert a version 8 season to version 9.

I should be able to just restore it in version 8 (if necessary) and I've never had any problem updating to version 9 from there. Glad to take a shot at it, anyway. If you want to do that, just PM me with your e-mail address.
Thanks timz. The zip file is available for download from the link I posted two posts above.

It's been a while since I converted over all my homebrew v8 to v9 seasons. 1) first you need DMB v8 and the season installed on that. 2) save as a "Create League D/B" 3) create empty league in v9. 4) unzip the files from the v8 ZIP file to the empty d/b in v9. 5) open up v9 and add reference to the league - it will ask you if you want to convert v8 files to v9. 6) yes and your done. PS - I found the Pat Gary version and converted it. blueboy714
You're working way too hard. If you have the database installed on your computer in version 8 format you can simply use the Copy database command from version 9.
- Open DMB9.
- Select the Copy database command from the File menu.
- In the "Location of the existing database" box choose the installed version 8 copy of the database that you want to convert.
(e.g. "C:\DMB8\AllTimeTeams")
- The "Location for the new database" box will be filled in by DMB with "C:\dmb9", leave it like that.
- Enter a name for the database in the "Name of the new database" box - something like "AllTimeTeams" will do.
- When you click the OK button DMB will ask you if you want to convert the database to version 9. Choose "Yes".
When it's done you will have a newly converted copy of the database in your dmb9 folder.
