According to the Bill James Handbook just released, Elvis led the majors in getting doubled off, a total of seven times if I recall correctly.
Sounds like the textbook definition of poor baserunning to me.
In the context of DMB though, does baserunning rating come into play when runners get doubled off? I always thought that part was pretty much random and running rating was just used when trying to advance on base hits, infield ground outs, and fly outs.
