Along with Sandy Koufax and Maury Wills, one of the most exciting players to watch from my boyhood hometown nine, the team that ignited my love for baseball. Ran like the wind. He was not flawless in the field, but he could fly to the ball with the best of them. And his signature offensive moments were triples, the most exciting play in baseball. A tip 'o' the Dodger cap to the Three Dog.
