Yes you will be able to enter the code and install DMB on a second computer (or third - exact number of installs to be determined).  That's the good part.

The bad part, and the deal killer for me boils down to two things.  First, the e-License control service must run resident in the background.  I find that intrusion annoying, albeit minor.

The second issue and a very serious one is the time investment you make with version 10 depends on the longevity of e-License and DMB.  If DMB goes out of business, you will be able to install version 10 again only if e-License is still there and willing to support a client company that is out of business.  If e-License goes out of business, then you have to trust DMB will give you the code necessary to install version 10.  If both are gone, you're done.  All the data you collect with version 10 will be good only until the last computer you have version ten installed on is operational.  Some people are willing to accept those conditions.  I will not.  Version 10 is not enough of an upgrade to justify the risk IMO.   I will stick with version 9 and continue to check out other options.
