I would like to thank Mr. Oakenthigh for his warm welcome. Shorty Baxter, the manager of Redwood City, says to tell Gary Redus not to worry about Lincecum. He says the kid is a freak and should have no trouble pulling double duty.

Injuries are set to the injury rating. All the players are limited their actual playing time. With only 90 games it will be possible for some to play the full season even if they did not play a full season in the majors. Provided of course that they can avoid injury. As injuries occur the teams will have to sign players out of the somewhat small pool of remaining players from the feeder teams. If a suitable player is not available a team has the option of a trade. If a trade is unable to be made, each team always has scouts keeping an eye on players outside of the normal pool. Normal trading is also allowed. Some of the other details are a work in progress.
