I agree with Shoe & it struck me funny. I bought ptp in 1990 & version 2, very simple pbp no lineups no schedules... I bought every version & am thankful I did. V4 saw the computer manager which has improved greatly over the years. V5 had the weather I remember getting it & I played in Tornto's dome & it rained ;-) they fixed it, had through patch e if I remember right 5 was a great version. MY point is yes Dayne bought the game engine & owns the right to do what he wants with it. What I guess what irks me is gamers like me and others and our loyalty back to the days of infancy saw that this was a good game, so we kept buying sending requests for improvements & buying upgrades & seasons. the finished product is what Dayne bought without gamers paving the way through the early years with patience & our dollars got dmb to the point it is. No I / we didn't program it but we kept after it with dollars & e-mails till it played well. Tom of course gets the praise for that work but i can't help but think our dollars sorta helped in there, So the end of the road after you get a product you have enjoyed for say 18 years your told you don't help the bottom line & that's the end. I don't know where anyone comes in here but you helped pave the way now your told to go away you don't make us money...
