Well, Ron Guidry was phenomenal in 1978 going 25-3 but he's now 15-0 and just threw ANOTHER shutout. As I type this he has a scoreless streak of 29 innings. The odd thing is that none of their hitters are in the top 10 in average, home runs or RBIs including Reggie Jackson. Their biggest competition right now isn't the Red Sox but the Brewers. They're only 8 games out of first right now and are riding a 5-game winning streak.
