Agreed. Dayne was very evasive regarding the entire subject of advertising beyond making that one statement. It stood out like a sore thumb to me, but it seemed like nobody else wanted to pursue it. To me, the lack of advertisement, combined with the neglect of the web site were the biggest sign all along that the PC game was never on the real IS agenda, and Marketing Guy's (badly flawed, at least without context) analysis has the appearance of being nothing but a fig leaf.
