Well maybe I should have said get site hits instead of downloads but either way it appears to me you were looking to divert some of the upset users from here that happaned to visit your site to use your product. As far as what people have said to you, I don't know. I'm pretty sure Dayne has referenced some rather colorful hate mail he has received but I was speaking about just what I've seen on the forums. Whether it's normal or not, it isn't acceptable or condoned. Anyhow, I'm not really sure what brining up hate mail Keith Law (who has done some really suspect work in my opinion) has received has to do with any of this.

As far as the splits go, I'm not really into stats all to much but I don't think it takes 6,000 ABs before you to see the difference for a lefty who happens to hit LHP better then RHP. You project a lot of things that are hard to make an educated guess at off of 500-500 ABs. Why not try to project the splits? Even if what you say is true, splits are pretty important in these leagues from what I've seen. In pretty much all 3 leagues I'm involved in, I brought up the idea of using your disk in light of the first release date announced on DMB's '08 Projection Disk and pretty much everyone said no thanks. Maybe you don't think it's important but it seems a lot of the people who play DMB do. This whole issue was discussed either here or on your site and it was brought out that DMB had natural splits that were like 40 points one way or the other depending on the matchup which seems pretty extreme to let that be your default system for splits. Again, even if what you said is true, wouldn't it make your disc more accurate to throw some generic ones in instead of just leaving it up to a system like that to decide? Isn't the idea to try and be as realistic as possible?
