I didn't say it "was" why it is being neglected but it's a factor and could have made it an easier decision. You don't think it could have been a factor?

I'm not going to change your mind and don't even want to. All I'm saying is you could have handled it better and are partly to blame. Everyone here is acting like Dayne is this horrible person and blah blah blah. I'd almost bet money that the people on the IS board didn't come close to treating Dayne like you all have been treating him for months and that is what I've been trying to say for some time now. What is so out of the norm for a customer to be upset they are paying to much for something? Everyone wants a deal, my father has sold cars for 30-40 years and I know for a fact that is just common. You don't get a good deal on a car by stomping in the office like you own the place and calling him a bunch of names. Treating someone like dirt isn't solving or helping anything. Would the end result have been any different if you did treat him better? I don't know, nobody does but it isn't unreasonable to think it may have giving him more of a reason to try and keep it afloat. I'm not saying we can't be unhappy but it's how we have handled it.

I'm still curious though...How many people posted their displeasure? You admitted they didn't say things as negative as the community here so we don't need to get into that but I'm curious how many there were. Were there 2-3 dozen like there are here?

Anyhow I have to go run around for a bit. I'll be back later perhaps for the chat but I doubt it.
