Well I don't know if I'd go that far. It's certainly nice to express how much you love the game and want it to continue. I've said this before but to me at least, if I had two sides of my business; one that makes the majority of my profits and one that...well doesn't (I'm not sure what sort of profit if any the PC game makes) I would be weighing my options. If my customer base for the portion that doesn't make much profit was as upset as some here, I might be inclined to just pull the plug. It's going to cost a good amount of time and labor if not money to right the ship. If it already loses money or breaks even, that could make it a financial risk for the company. If you invest the time and money and it doesn't solve the problem, I'm not sure what you do at that point. If you just cut your losses, accept that a certain portion of your customer base is lost and spend your time on the portion of the company that makes most your profits, your board members will be very happy, your company will should continue to grow and eventually you make up for the lost customers.

Of course if it does work and the community falls in behind you, that has some intangible benefits but I'm not sure it will necessarily net you more profit. It's a pickle. I really like the game as well and don't want it to be canceled or shelved for a long period of time. I think more of the posts above and less of the others would go a long way towards getting the end goal everyone here wants.
