I didn't catch this yesterday but if this is indeed the case, that the team only had four starting pitchers and one got hurt, that manager deserved what he got. If a manager is only going with four rated starters, it's his responsibility to check their status after every game unless injuries are turned off. Anyway, I autoplayed some more seasons with a strict 4-man but with other starters available and I never saw a pitcher start two games in a row.
