We certainly have something to look forward to in the form of the 9b patch with Jack's enhanced play by play.

I would suspect that official pre-1926 seasons are some way off in the future.

I would like to second Black Belt's comments because many of these seasons were the product of a lot of brainstorming in order to modify the CM to perform in a way conversant with the Deadball Era.
Your comment that the CM was going to be made more aggressive in the use of closers was not good news to someone who spent hours thinking about how to stop closers being used at all!
