Hmm. This is not the type of privacy policy that makes you feel good about this company's viewpoint of their customers. The translation of this in english is basically we might sell your name to other companies to make money if the opportunity arises.

It's a good question though. Since they bought DMB and along with it DMB's list of customers and personal information, does this privacy policy automatically apply to me? Or is this privacy policy only applicable to those folks who have specifically signed up to the Simnasium website since that is where it is posted? I have not registered on their site since their pay service doesn't interest me and I would hope this privacy policy is not applied to me, nor will it ever be applied to me because I do not agree to allow them to do this.

A much more respectful policy is to give the customer the choice of allowing the company to give out your personal information.
