With a policy like this, I don't think the spam would actually come from Simnasium and instead some other unreleated party. That's good that they haven't given out your info yet though, but they clearly state they can do it. And I can't think of any reason to have a policy like this if it wasn't their intention to actually do this someday.

They are a relatively new company, so I'd be surprised if any 3rd party would actually want their customer list yet. But as they get more popular they may get interest from outside sources for a list of customers and there's nothing stopping them from handing out the info.

But your comment about "opt out" is interesting. I have not registered on their site. But if I did, is there some place that you actually can "opt out" of them sharing your personal information?
